Are you listening?
We hear things everyday
Hearing is separate from Listening
When we Listen, we do so from our own space
From a place of ‘what works for me’, involving filters
In other words, we only Listen to what we want to hear
Harmony in a group exists when we remove these filters
and just Listen
When we speak and we are Listening from
‘What works for me?’
What shows up in our conversations is just that:
“What works for me…”
When we speak and we are Listening from a place
without filters,
What shows up is “How May I Serve?”
Others much more easily remove their filters when they hear
you speak from “How May I Serve?”
Conversations that occur in Service generate Harmony
When Harmony exists, Miracles happen
